You can choose your assistant in Prontera Royal 1F (in the north side of Prontera)
Every time you complete the daily quest, your assistant's intimacy will increase. There's a reward in every 20, 40, 60, 80 and 100 intimacy.
Moreover, if you are interested in exchange or market bussiness, you can check the finance feature. It tells you what items that rise and fall in their values.
